Starting data are rounded estimates, not live statistics. Campaign saves stay in browser storage when available (otherwise they may be session-only). Cabinet messages are sent via the app server to Manus AI with up to 8 recent chat entries and limited simulation context; the full save is not sent. Chat history may be included in save/export files.
The map polygons are bundled inline, but this browser could not initialize the map renderer. The game remains playable; use the Countries list to select a country.
